Kosalai
We, the people of Hindu believe the holiness and divine power of cow. Vedhas emphasises the importance of Cow (Rig, Yajur, Atharvana, Brammana Upanisada, etc). With the blessing of lord Brumukh, our Kosalai started in the year of 2017 with one calve named Sridevi. At present, our Vedhic Ashram kosalais consists of 11 cows, 6 calves and 2 bulls with two Kosalai and importantly they are Indian breeds. One of or Kosalai located in the Ground floor of our Gurukulam and the other one is at the banks of Cauvery River (Dharmakiruba Nandhavanam). From the cows, we are getting Godugdha (Milk), Goghruta (Ghee), Gomutra (Komiyam – Urine) and Gomaya (Cow dung).
